A trip to the Riverside property and HPS buff fundraiser

Hello and hope that you had a good Thanksgiving weekend with your families.  This Thursday, October 12th our class will be heading to the property across the road from Riverside to play the Ecology game.  This active game involves students assuming the role of either a herbivore, an omnivore or a carnivore and striving to 'survive' by finding their food and water needs while avoiding predators or other hazards.  We will be leaving the school after morning announcements and will be returning by approximately 10:30 a.m..  Note that bussing to and from the Riverside property is being paid for by our administration team:).  Permission forms will have to be submitted by this Thursday.
As a fundraiser for our year-end class, our class will be selling HPS buffs until the end of October.  One-third of our profits will be donated to the HPS playground fund.  The buffs are very versatile (headband, neck warmer, bandana), a great way to show school spirit and a good Christmas idea.  The cost is $15 each and all orders can be submitted to our classroom.
  À bientôt!  Mme Lindsay
